OCTEC Transition to Work Supporting Young People

A Recognised Leader Supporting Young People

OCTEC Workforce Australia Transition to Work assists young people aged 15-24 get into the workforce and become more independent. We offer one-on-one mentorship with Participants to discover and establish employment goals. Assistance will be individually catered to your goals and ambitions.

We will connect you with education or training, find local job opportunities and link in with relevant local community services. You can access pre-employment training, get licences and tickets; and receive assistance to start a work trial, casual position or career.

Employers have access to OCTEC Biz Support to support you maintain employment, or to set you up in an apprenticeship or traineeship. This assists with recruiting and training, with the package designed to meet an employers’ needs.

OCTEC is delivering Transition to Work in five Employment Regions – Capital, Central West, Illawarra, Murray Riverina and Sydney South West. Our parent website contains all information about our services and locations.
